How do I book a service?

 

All bookings must be made through our website booking form. This ensures your time slot is secured and payment is processed instantly.

How do I pay?

 

Payment is made online at the time of booking. We do not accept cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Cancellations must be sent via WhatsApp only (to act quickly).

If cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled inspection, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or you are not at home during the scheduled time, the full service fee will still be charged.

Only serious reasons (e.g. medical emergency, proven travel disruption) may be considered for a free reschedule if proof is provided.

What happens if the job is more complicated than expected?

 

We offer fixed rates for core services (e.g. blocked toilet, tap installation, small leaks).
However, some jobs may require extra work not included in the fixed rate:

Sewer line blockages requiring jetting or specialist equipment.

Multiple or external drains outside a standard indoor blockage.

Plumbing issues discovered on-site that differ from what was booked (e.g. collapsed pipes, non-standard parts, or safety hazards).

In these cases, the plumber will pause and explain the situation, and a separate quote will be provided before continuing.

Do you offer emergency or out-of-hours callouts?

 

No. We operate regular hours only and do not provide emergency or late-night callouts.

What if there is a problem after the work is completed?

 

If you believe there is an issue with the work carried out, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. Use WhatsApp for urgent issues, or the contact form at the bottom of our website for standard communication. Complaints and contact form submissions are typically replied to within 24 hours.

What if I am not at home when the plumber arrives?

 

If no one is present at the scheduled time, the full service fee will still apply. Only in exceptional cases (with proof of a serious reason) may we reschedule free of charge.

Are your services insured and guaranteed?

 

Yes. All work is carried out by insured plumbers. If there is a problem directly related to our work and reported within the 48-hour period, we will address it promptly.
